"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

A comment that you made about brushes working in PS7, you might like to download this program…. ABR viewer from [link] you can view all Photoshop brushes then adapt them for your own version of Photoshop. Even if you have version 7 you can sill use brushes that are made in CS2…. Go try it out
